Cancellation Policy
Securing your experience: $180.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm & reserve your date of booking. The remaining balance will be due for payment five (5) business days prior to your event date. We will also require a separate refundable bond amount of $150. The bond is required to cover any unforeseen damages to our stock/equipment that might occur during your event. In the unlikely event that the item cannot be repaired and/or needs to be replaced, the hirer will be wholly responsible for the additional costs incurred, should they exceed the amount of the security bond. A cleaning/laundry fee may be applied, if decor isn't returned in the same condition it was delivered. In the unlikely event that the hirer is more than 1 hour late to the agreed booking time, MHEC* will deem this as a no show. If the hirer arrives late for the agreed start time, it will not change the finish time agreed for pack down. The hirer will remain liable for 100% payment of the full booking.
